Brush type
The sewage enters the machine from the water inlet of the equipment. The coarse filter screen first intercepts the large impurities in the sewage to prevent these impurities from damaging the parts in the machine body after entering the machine body. After coarse filtration, the water flows to the fine filter screen at the other end of the machine body, which finally intercepts the impurities and dirt in the water.

Timer setting method: press the next selection key, the first nixie tube in the lower row flashes, use the increase key to adjust the value, press the next selection key after adjustment, the second nixie tube flashes, use the increase key to adjust the value, and so on. When the time is set, the nixie tube will continue to flash for 8 seconds. After 8 seconds, the value will be stored in the memory and will not be lost after power failure. After adjusting the value, press the start key to start timing. If the machine is powered off, the next time it is powered on, the timer will start automatically and count according to the set time.
The filtering time is in minutes, up to 9999 minutes; The blowdown time is in seconds, and the maximum time is 99.99 seconds. When the machine is powered on, use the selector switch to enter the automatic state. Filter first, and the filter time timer starts counting. At the same time, the differential pressure switch also compares the actual differential pressure with the set differential pressure. If the set filter time is up and the differential pressure is not up, the machine also opens the blowdown valve for cleaning and blowdown, the filter time stops counting, and the blowdown time starts counting; When the blowdown time is up, close the blowdown valve, stop cleaning and blowdown, stop counting the blowdown time, start counting the filtration time, and enter the next cycle. If the set filtration time is not up and the differential pressure is up, the machine opens the blowdown valve for cleaning and blowdown, and when the filtration time stops counting, the blowdown time starts counting; When the blowdown time is up, close the blowdown valve, stop cleaning and blowdown, stop counting the blowdown time, and start counting the filtration time, and so on.

The filter is easy to operate. When in use, just install the filter bag with the required fineness grade in the filter cartridge, check whether the O-ring is intact, and then tighten the ring bolt of the filter cartridge cover to put it into operation. After the pump is started, the pressure gauge on the filter rises slightly, and the initial pressure is about 0.05Mpa. With the extension of service time, the filter residue in the cylinder gradually increases. When the pressure reaches 0.4MPa, stop the machine, open the cylinder cover and check the residue in the filter bag, The filter bag can be replaced for continuous use (the filter bag can generally be reused by cleaning). The filter pressure is generally adjusted at 0.1-0.3mpa, which can be adjusted through the return pipeline or the return valve on the pump. Too high filtration pressure will damage the filter bag and protective screen, which needs special attention.

Determine the pressure level of the filter according to the maximum pressure that may appear in the filter pipeline.
3. Selection of hole number:

4. Filter material:
